I would like to Express my deepest gratitude and a big thank to Zalina (Royal Russia ) for her superb service when me along with my two friends visited Moscow in March 2017.
We certainly had huge communication issues as we couldn’t speak Russian, Zalina really helped us see all the main attractions of the city plus helped us everywhere to get good food.
As Indians we have specific living habits and trust me we are not so easy clients to handle but, she made it really easy.
Today she is also a good friend and we do follow each other on a social media.

Dear Zalina,
as you know we visited Russia in May 2016 from 20th to 27th. So here I write down my review
Before travelling to Moscow we heard of Indians being held up at the airport for a long time & things like that, but the assurance we got from you made us travel without any worry. Once in Moscow the tour guide & car arranged by you made our sightseeing very comfortable. The lady tour guide was very informative & took us to all the important places to see in the Russian capital.
After 3 days well spent in Moscow, we went to St.-Petersburg via the high speed Sapsan train, as organized by you. The person sent by you to drop us till the train coach proved very helpful or else it would have been little difficult for us because of the language issue.
Even once we arrived in St.-Petersburg there was a driver waiting for us at the station for our transfer to the hotel. The lady guide again in the city was very kind & informative. In fact she helped us everywhere from buying the sightseeing tickets to shopping.
The entire itinerary was so well planned that we really enjoyed our stay & roamed without any worries. Thank you Zalina once again for making our trip so memorable & pleasant.
And if you ever come to India then do let me know, so I can make your trip a
memorable one.

Dear Zalina, Namaste from India.
My tour company is MINAGO TRAVELS and Ms.Zalina was guide for our group.
Every guide of that country share’s information but I personally feel that with smiley face and her pretty expressions on face. Ms.Zalina put every listener in that antique period of Russian History. All she explained about Russian revolution info of place to place with accurate in sequence.
She took us round of Moscow Metro tour with info on every station.
The great and pleasures thing noticed with guide Zalina has perfect info and awareness of current situations. She has full of knowledge to accommodate all types of category customers and provides the full information for them.
I will always recommend her in my group tours as a guide there - must be the Ms. Zalina.

I had a tour to MOSCOW with group of doctors. Zalina was our tour guide. We stayed with Zalina for four days. She is very enthusiastic lady with very hard working. She was taking care of all of us individually. When somebody is missing, she was going to find out that person from any corner. Every time responding with smiling face even with frequent question from our group. She was narrating all sight seeing in detail. If anybody ask in between, she was answering quietly. She was very punctual and very co-operative with us. Nice lady. I want to have friendship life time. I like her. l can recommend her name as a tour guide. I wish her best success.

What a lovely girl! Zalina ,is what I thought ,when I met her at the appointed time at our hotel lobby in Moscow that pleasant morning.
While she was lovely, she was good in her knowledge about the country and sensitive to needs of the clients from the view points of information on place of interest to food, liquor, nite life, logistics, safety etc.,
In short after our Moscow, stay,we did have good guides at Petersburg and elsewhere, but, the yard stick was Zalina !

On behalf of the Suriname(South America) group who visited Moscow for Russia World Cup 2018. We stayed in Moscow one week, and enjoyed Zalina's wonderful hospitality from the first minute till the last. The service she provided was top class and we were amazed by her wide knowledge of Russian history & culture. The fruitful conversation really gave us a great time in Moscow especially when we were travelling among the traffic. We learned a lot from her and makes the trip more than a mere world cup fanatic. She also took extra hours to help find the Moscow Spartak team shirt for us due to our tight schedule. I am planning come to Russia again in winter with my family visiting Moscow and St.-Petersburg. Zalina & Royal Russia will be my definite choice.
