Plunge into the magical world of chocolate during our master-class.
You will learn about the history of chocolate from the times of Maya Injuns to our days, watch a film about the cocoa trees, degustate cocoa beans and different sorts of a high quality chocolate.
Proceed to the workshop to make the chocolate sweets (15 pieces) on your own and decorate them with dried fruits and nuts. Make a 3D chocolate on a professional tempering machine.
While your sweets are being dried have some tea with chocolate in the confectionery hall.
In the end of the master-class you get your hand-made sweets and certificate of practical training.
